Xincon’s highly skilled nurses excel at a broad range of clinical services. Our Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and Registered Nurses (RN) generally provide the Care management and coordination Medication.
Home healthcare services, provided by our Home Health Aides (HHA), are the backbone of our support system. Xincon’s clients include children, elders and people with disabilities, all of whom may be in need of home-based health services.
Our personal care program is focused on helping clients with day-to-day activities, helping you or your loved one to live a more independent, secure life. These services are Ambulation, feeding, Light housekeeping and Laundry services.
